Service and Contact Hours

Quality Housekeeping operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We can be reached via phone or email during these hours for inquiries, bookings, or any other concerns.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. If termination occurs, any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled promptly.

Over the Phone & Online Quotes

We provide over-the-phone and online quotes based on the information provided by the client. Please note that actual pricing may vary depending on the condition and size of the property or any additional services requested.

Our Teams

Quality Housekeeping teams consist of trained, professional, and background-checked staff members who are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services.

Preparation for Cleaning

We kindly request that you prepare your space for cleaning by removing any clutter or obstacles that may hinder our team's ability to clean effectively.

Services Provided (Please Note)

Our standard cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. We do not provide deep cleaning or specialized services such as carpet cleaning, mold removal, or pest control.

Add-On Services

Additional services, such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, or window washing, can be requested for an extra fee.

Dishes

If you would like our team to wash dishes, please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply.

Rates and Rate Changes

Our rates are based on the size and condition of the property, as well as the services requested. We reserve the right to adjust our rates at any time, with appropriate notice provided to our clients.

Payments

Payments are due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Tips

Although not required nor expected, tips are appreciated by our team members for exceptional service.

Equipment and Supplies

Quality Housekeeping provides all necessary equipment and supplies for cleaning services. Clients may request the use of their own supplies, but please inform us in advance.

Quality Control

We are committed to maintaining high-quality standards. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.

Showers and Tubs

Our team will clean showers and tubs to the best of their ability but cannot guarantee the removal of stubborn stains or buildup.

Arrival Times

We provide an estimated arrival window, but actual arrival times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Entry Policy

If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a fee may be applied.

Skipped / Missed Ongoing Cleaning

If you need to skip or reschedule an ongoing cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Keys and Access to Your Home

We request that clients provide access to their property either through a key, keyless entry, or by being present at the scheduled cleaning time.

Distractions and Liabilities

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our team, we ask that you minimize distractions, such as loud noises or other activities, during the cleaning process. This allows our team to focus on providing the best possible service.

Breakage / Damage

In the unlikely event of breakage or damage to your property, Quality Housekeeping will take appropriate action to rectify the situation, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

Safety

For safety reasons, we do not move anything heavy or in excessive amounts. If you wish for us to clean behind anything heavy, such as a stove, refrigerator, or moving boxes, please move it before service to allow us access to that area. Wherever windows, furniture, or fans are affected, we will only clean what is within reach using a two-step ladder.

For the safety of our team members and all our clients, please notify us by telephone at least 24 hours before scheduled service of any infectious diseases or pest infestations that occur in your household. Quality Housekeeping reserves the right to cancel and reschedule in such circumstances. If we are not notified of such situations, you will be charged for the time spent coming out to your home.

For our safety, all firearms in a client's home must be stored and locked. We will not clean any rooms in which a firearm is visibly present. Please do not leave firearms under pillows or mattresses, as they pose a danger when we are changing linens on beds.

Our team members are not trained or allowed to clean animal or human feces/excrement, urine, blood, vomit, or other biohazards. This includes litter boxes and dog kennels. We prioritize the safety of our staff and clients while providing the best possible cleaning experience.

Computer / Electrical Wires

At Quality Housekeeping, we strive to handle all items in your home with care, and we understand that computer wires, cables, and cords can be delicate. Our in-depth cleanings may require us to lift or slightly move these items, as dust tends to accumulate heavily in these areas.

Please notify us in advance if contact with these wires, cables, and cords can disconnect your computer system. If so, we will instruct our team members to skip these areas during the cleaning process, ensuring the safety and integrity of your devices.

Pets

We kindly request that you secure your pets during our cleaning service to ensure their safety and the safety of our team members.

Security Alarm

Please disarm your security alarm before our team arrives or provide us with the necessary access codes and instructions.

Parking

Our team requires convenient and legal parking near your property. If parking is not available, additional fees may apply.

Weather

In cases of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your cleaning appointment for the safety of our team and the quality of our service.

Holidays / Vacation

Quality Housekeeping observes major holidays. If your scheduled appointment falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.

Hiring of Quality Housekeeping Staff

All of our staff have signed a Non-Compete agreement with Quality Housekeeping. They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on their behalf or on behalf of any third party during their employment with Quality Housekeeping or for two years following the termination of their employment.

As a client, you agree not to hire, solicit, entice, or influence any current or former employee of Quality Housekeeping or take over the cleaning contract, whether directly or indirectly, individually, through a family member or another person, or through another company during their employment with Quality Housekeeping or for two years following the termination of their employment.

In the event of a breach of this agreement, a referral fee of $3,000 will be incurred. This fee is due immediately upon employment of the current or former employee, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis.

Things We Do Not Do

At Quality Housekeeping, our primary goal is to provide our clients with outstanding service while prioritizing the safety of our team members and the protection of delicate items. As a result, there are certain tasks that we do not perform:

  • We do not clean homes infested with bedbugs.
  • We do not clean cat litter boxes, dog kennels, or handle any pet feces.
  • We do not hand wash clothes.
  • We do not provide laundry services when the laundry facilities are not located inside your building.
  • We do not clean the outside of windows that do not flip forward, or clean the outside of larger than standard-sized windows (standard size: 40″ W x 60″ H).
  • We do not clean inside toilets without a proper toilet brush.
  • We do not provide service to homes occupied by unsupervised children or teenagers.
  • We do not provide service during the winter months to homes without adequate heating.
  • We do not provide service during the summer months to homes without adequate air conditioning.
  • We do not operate clients' motor vehicles.
  • We do not let in service people, such as water meter readers or UPS drivers, nor do we pick up or sign for deliveries or packages.
  • We do not access clients' phones or answering machines.
  • We do not exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted client.
  • We do not climb higher than a 2-3 step ladder.
  • We do not move furniture weighing more than 25 pounds.

By understanding and respecting these limitations, we can maintain a safe and efficient work environment while providing the best possible service to our clients.

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and property. Our team members are trained to handle sensitive information and will not disclose any details without your consent.

Service Guarantee

Quality Housekeeping is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Quality Housekeeping is fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. Our team members undergo background checks and extensive training to ensure the highest level of professionalism and trustworthiness.

Referral Program

We value your referrals and offer incentives for referring new clients to Quality Housekeeping. Please inquire with our customer support team for more information on our referral program.
